HEY, I’m Katie
For a long time, I felt disconnected from myself — stuck in my head, constantly overwhelmed, and not really present in my life. I didn’t feel like me. It took me a while to realise that what I needed wasn’t more fixing or overthinking… it was simply learning to reconnect with myself.
Now I help others do the same. I guide people who’ve been stuck in survival mode back to connection — with their bodies, their emotions, and their sense of aliveness. Through gentle, somatic work, we soften the noise, slow down, and remember how to feel again.
Outside of this work, you’ll usually find me hiking up a mountain, snowboarding, eating yummy food, surfing (or at least trying to!), or just hanging out with my partner, family, and friends. I believe healing doesn’t have to be heavy — it can be spacious, playful, and deeply human.
